The Cleveland Cavaliers are on the verge of what may be their best playoff run yet.
Because they are the top team in the East, they have a big target on their backs and all teams want to take them down.
Speaking on 92.3 The Fan, Ken Carmen talked about the competition that could be waiting in the playoffs.
He said it’s time for them to take on the toughest opponents, no matter how intimidating they are.
“I’m tired of playing peek-a-boo with possible opponents…are we an NBA Finals-caliber team or not? Bring on Pistons,” Carmen said.

Carmen said that for the last few years, there have been many conditions from fans before the postseason.
They wanted the Cavaliers in the playoffs, but they pleaded with them to be careful so as to avoid certain teams.
For example, they didn’t want the Cavs to play against squads like the Milwaukee Bucks or Boston Celtics, fearful that they could beat them.
This year, Carmen wants them to be challenged by the hardest teams, including the up-and-coming Detroit Pistons.
He feels this is a way for them to prove what they are really made of.
If they cannot beat a team in the first round, that says a lot about this Cavaliers team.
The Cavaliers will definitely be in the playoffs, but some fans are nervous about how the opening round might go.
It is time for them to show what they are capable of and take down their opponent, no matter who it is.
