The Cleveland Cavaliers couldn’t keep the ball rolling on Sunday afternoon.
They couldn’t hold onto a first-half lead and lost by five points to the Orlando Magic in a playoff rematch.
However, as much as the team struggled with their outside shot, Jarrett Allen made his presence felt in the restricted area.
As pointed out by CavsMuse on X, Allen logged his team-high 37th double-double of the season.
He finished the game with 20 points and 12 rebounds on 8-of-11 from the floor.
He also had a couple of assists and blocked one shot.

Allen was a borderline All-Star this season.
While his numbers don’t always pop out, he’s been instrumental for Kenny Atkinson’s team.
Allen is their defensive anchor down low.
He has taken a bit of a backseat to De’Andre Hunter, as the Cavs are now rolling with Evan Mobley at the five to close out games.
Even so, he’s continued to put the team first.
He hasn’t complained, and he will do whatever it takes to help the team get the job done.
Jarrett Allen isn’t much of a force on offense because of his rather limited scoring, but he’s been physical and strong enough to drop buckets when needed.
Everybody talks about Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, and Donovan Mitchell when talking about the Cavaliers, and rightfully so.
Nevertheless, none of what they’ve been able to accomplish this season would’ve been possible if they didn’t have their hard-working big man anchoring the paint.
