The Cleveland Cavaliers didn’t want to hear anything about a losing streak.
They lost one game to the Indiana Pacers, but it didn’t take long before they returned to their winning ways.
They took down the Pacers in a road rematch.
As pointed out by Cavs Notes on X, they’ve reached a league-best 34-5 record for the season.
If that wasn’t enough, they also happen to have the best road record in the league at a whopping 14-3.
With tonight’s 127-117 win in Indiana, the @cavs improved to an @NBA-best 34-5.
Cleveland is also a league-best 14-3 on the road.#LetEmKnow

The Cavaliers will continue to be on the road for their next two matchups.
They will strive to remain undefeated against the Western Conference when they square off against the Oklahoma City Thunder and Minnesota Timberwolves.
Needless to say, that will be easier said than done since both teams are playoff-caliber contenders.
Not to mention, all the traveling often takes a toll on the players’ bodies and the team’s ability to practice or stay in sync.
Even so, there’s no reason to believe this team won’t be able to keep this impressive pace up for the remainder of the season.
Of course, it’s unrealistic to expect the Cavs to win every game from now on; that’s just not going to happen.
Nevertheless, they’ve played like the best team in basketball.
Only championship-caliber teams can overcome losses, put them in the rearview mirror, regroup, and immediately return to their winning ways.
It’s been a dream-like first half of the season in Cleveland, and it’s all about keeping things up now.
