Darius Garland went wild for the Cleveland Cavaliers during their game against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday.
The potential All-Star guard posted 40 points and nine assists during their 132-126.
It was a big game for Garland, but not the first time he has gotten so hot.
Cavs Notes reminded fans that Garland has now had five 40-point games during his career.
With games like this, no wonder Garland is getting more attention before next month’s NBA All-Star Game.

Scoring 40 points is always impressive, especially on a team that has so many powerful offensive threats.
Thursday night belonged to Garland and he once again looked like one of the best and most energetic guards in the NBA.
He’s been having another terrific season, averaging 21.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per game and shooting 50.0 percent from the field.
Garland is one of the reasons the Cavaliers have been doing so well.
He has found great chemistry with the rest of his teammates, including Donovan Mitchell.
Some fans might remember that there were concerns about these two last season, with some people even calling for the front office to split them up.
But they are working excellently as a pair and avoiding redundancy while boosting each other in many ways.
Plus, Garland has a great thing going with Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley and everyone else in the lineup.
His 40 points were impressive, but perhaps more impressive is just how much of a team leader Garland has become this season.
He is confident, committed and works well with everyone else.
No matter what happens with the All-Star Game, Garland is having a season to be very proud of.
