The Cleveland Cavaliers have remained resilient over the last few weeks without Darius Garland and Evan Mobley.
A major reason for that resilience is the strong roster that has picked up the slack and fought harder than ever.
One of the best players on the roster is Isaac Okoro, who has improved his lock-down defense and limited some of the best players in the league.
According to TheCavsJack on Twitter, Okoro has been fantastic during multiple recent big-name matchups.
He has held Damian Lillard of the Milwaukee Bucks to 7-of-24, James Harden of the Los Angeles Clippers to 3-of-8, and Paul George of the Clippers to 3-of-11.

Okoro has been showing up a lot lately for the Cavaliers.
He is putting up 8.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2 assists per game and has been starting a lot more often as both Garland and Mobley have been stuck on the sidelines.
Now that Mobley has returned and Garland is about to be back too, it’s not entirely clear what Okoro’s role within the team will be.
Because of Okoro and many other athletes on the roster, the Cavaliers have surged over the last several weeks.
They have now climbed up to the fifth seed in the East and have won their last nine of ten games.
When Garland and Mobley were injured and forced out of rotation, many people thought the season would be finished for the Cavaliers.
But Okoro is one of the many reasons why they haven’t just survived but thrived lately.
On Monday night, he had one of his best games yet, scoring 17 points, 3 assists, and 1 steal against the Los Angeles Clippers in a strong 118-108 win.
