Currently, the Boston Celtics have the best odds for Simmons, with +185.
They are followed by the Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, Sacramento Kings, and others.
Toward the bottom of the shortlist are the Cavaliers, who hold +750 odds.

On paper, a lot of people might roll their eyes at the thought of adding Simmons to the lineup.
The 29-year-old guard hasn’t done much for anyone over the last few years.
In 2024-25, he played for both the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Clippers and averaged 5.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.6 assists, but only participated in 51 games.
Fans have been waiting for him to turn a corner for years, but Simmons is continually held back by injuries and other issues.
It’s important to note that Simmons wouldn’t be seen as a starter for the Cavaliers.
Additionally, they wouldn’t be paying a lot for him, and he would come to the squad with a minimal salary.
The Cavaliers wouldn’t make a move for Simmons unless it was really worth it for them.
If he’s healthy and his head is in the game, Simmons could be a helpful talent off the bench.
He might not look like the player he once was, but he could contribute and might be an inexpensive pick-up for Cleveland.
